Position: Inside Account Manager
Position Summary:
1.1 This position is responsible for working directly with internal and external customers in account
management support. Works closely with sales staff and is the primary customer contact person for day
to day quoting & operations support.
1.2 Is the “Voice of the Customer” intern
ally on all issues in conjunction with outside sales and sales
administration.
1.3 This position is responsible for managing customer’s expectations internally by account, assembly/BOM
and at times to the individual part number to insure accurate quotes and manufacturing of PCBA’s to
“Customer Satisfaction” for specific ATC accounts.
1.4 This position is responsible for communicating ATC expectations externally with the account in
partnership with sales administrator and outside sales staff by account, assembly/BOM and at times to
the individual part number to insure accurate quoting and manufacturing of PCBA’s to “Customer
Satisfaction” for specific ATC accounts. This person will manage the action items needed from our
customers to engineering, purchasing, quality and documentation in order to meet their production
requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for providing complete and accurate customer requirements internally at the
start of a customer quotation to ensure that quotes are done correctly to meet customer’s expectations.
Completes form S03FN and any additional internal paperwork needed in order to sign off on quote and
start it internally. Follows procedures SO5PR and SO7PR for all quoting.
- Works with sales manager on completing pricing for quotes.
- Reviews and signs off on quotes to ensure that quote meets all customer requirements before they are
sent to customer. Sends completed quotes to outside sales, the customer directly or puts them online in locations for direct customer access. Account and Sales Manager determine where they go and who
will send them.
- Provide Monthly updates to the 90 day rolling forecast of total bookings for Territory. The forecast is
due by the 5th of each month.
- Order Forecast expected to be at 90% accurate for 30 days and 70% accurate for 60 and 90 days. The
forecast will be by account, program and assembly.
- Annual billings plan presented in December and updated in June.
- Support all internal quote activity as needed with documentation, purchasing, engineering and
scheduling to insure quotes completed thoroughly and accurately and in timely manner.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

priorities simultaneously.

This position is responsible for assembly production, while coordinating with the production
management staff to meet planned deliveries with top quality products in a cost efficient and safe manner.

- Assemble both sub-assemblies and completed assemblies, work efficiently on assigned work stations/assembly positions, monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies, and continually look for ways to improve product quality.

- Maintain and enforce established ISO 9000/QMS procedures and documentation.

- Assembly Operator: Wave Solder
Position: Assembly Operator: Wave Solder
Position Summary:
This position performs duties in the wave cell. Duties include operation of wave and/or selective wave soldering equipment, component preparation, board stuffing, and touch up while ensuring ongoing production goals are met in accordance with quality standards and safety requirements and in accordance with the Quality Management Systems process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work efficiently on assigned work station/assembly position, monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies, and continually look for ways to improve product quality.
- Inspect, assemble, and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines following customer documentation, ATC procedures and specific instructions.
- Maintain and enforces established QMS procedures and documentation.
- Interpret documentation sets, identify the key features/characteristics of work to be performed and ask questions if information presented is unclear.
- Operate wave and/or Selective wave equipment and make program adjustments in accordance with ATC’s processes.
- Perform all duties in accordance with ATC values: Integrity, Relationships, Judgement, Passion, Innovation, and Courage.

Qualifications: (Education, Training, Skills, and Experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic assembly.
- Ability to identify factors critical to robust assembly in order to correct process issues and reduce production quality variations during run.
- Ability to solder to meet IPC 610 quality standards on components of all size components using TIN-lead and Lead-free alloys.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for quality of work.
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- IPC/J-STD certification preferred. Must have ability to obtain certification.
- Experience with ISO, QS/TS and 6 Sigma preferred.

- Inspector
Position: Inspector
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing inspection to production in order to meet planned deliveries with top quality products in a cost efficient and safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspects electronic assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and components for defects, following samples, production illustrations and IPC 610 specifications and standards.
- Compares hardware and electronic components on assemblies, subassemblies to parts list to verify correct installation. Examines hardware for specified contact with conductor area. Rejects faulty assembly, part, or component and records type and quantity of defects. Responsible for routing assemblies with defect and conformance issues to appropriate work center for rework or scrap.
- May measure parts to verify accuracy of dimensions, using precision measuring instruments. May sort defective components and parts for salvage and scrap. May inspect parts, using microscope or magnifier.
- Provides first article inspections for SMT Line and sample inspections on batch builds for SMT Line and Flex Line. Documents findings using Quality Control reports.
- Operated Automated Optical Inspection machine and identifies failures and records any discrepancies in yield reports to support Quality Control findings. Recommends changes when necessary to AOI programmer in order to keep PCB models current.
Qualifications: (Education, Training, Skills, and Experience)
- 5 or more years of electronic assembly required and previous inspection experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Able to pass color distinction test and near sight acuity.
- Working knowledge of Epicor 10 software preferred.
- IPC-610 Certification preferred

- SMT Line Operator
Position: SMT Line Operator
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to build high quality products in accordance with ATC values and the master schedule while meeting or exceeding time standards. SMT line operators will perform all required actions to successfully support their assignment. This requires successful operations of SMT automatic assembly equipment and peripheral equipment used on AMT line(s).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead SMT production line to ensure productive workflow, quality requirements, standard time and job costs are met or expectations are exceeded.
- Responsible for effective and efficient preparation, execution, and problem solving in accordance with ATC acceptable practices, processes and training.
- Line operators are responsible for the performance of the line, they are expected to be present on the line and have a minimum of 85% direct labor time contribution. Accurately and timely reporting labor hours, activities, improvement opportunities, issues and safety concerns.
- Constructively assess daily performance and take responsibility for executing continuous improvement. Have knowledge of training required in the SMT area and request training as required to stay current on best practices. Operator must be able to retain knowledge of training materials.
- Participates in team activities and actively shares knowledge, ideas, honest observations, and best practices with the team.
- Responsibly operates, maintains, and utilizes equipment, tools, supplies, and other resources in accordance with MOPs, training and manufacturers intended use. Maintain and enforces established QMS procedures and documentation.
- Maintains a clean, safe organized workspace.
- Provide feedback to management, engineering, and other appropriate personnel on barriers, problems, and issues in a time-effective manner following a defined escalation path and chain of command.

Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is the successful operation of SMT automatic assembly equipment and peripheral equipment used on SMT line(s).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to SMT Lead and is required to interface with SMT Support personnel and other Production personnel during daily activities.
- Daily responsibilities include set-up, operation and routine maintenance of SMT equipment. Operator should be able to correct or diagnose typical machine errors and make minor adjustments when necessary.
- Errors requiring SMT Support should be logged and SMT Lead should be made aware of issue(s) and the potential impact on completion of job(s). Any trends in machine error(s) or performance issue(s) should be forwarded to SMT Lead for further diagnosis and resolution.
- Reads and adheres to process documentation, machine manuals and training materials. IPC 610 certification is required and should be kept current.
- Uses controls to activate machines or monitors indicators during soldering process in order to maintain sequential operation and flow of assemblies through entire SMT process including reflow, cleaning processes and ancillary process(s) specific to job.
- Performs first echelon preventive maintenance tasks and ensures cleanliness of interior and exterior of machine line equipment assigned to SMT line. Follows maintenance calendar and records preventive maintenance tasks and cleaning activities in Galaxy system.
- Responsible for making sure that safety and maintenance concerns beyond the scope of this position are transmitted to both SMT Support and SMT Lead to ensure reliable operation of all SMT line equipment.
- Undertakes other activities as assigned by SMT Lead or Production Supervisor.
